The Dalai lama visited TCV Gopalpur on April 29, 2014 making this his first visit since the school's establishment in 1997.
The Dalai Lama advised the students to learn about the importance of compassion and universal responsibility in making the 21st century a century of peace. He also advised them to concentrate more on Buddhist debates.
