US Senators have circulated a sign-on letter to Secretary of State John Kerry urging him to raise Tibet during his first visit to China next week.
In the letter, Senator Mark Udall, Marco Rubio and Dianne Feinstein have urged Secretary Kerry to discuss Tibet during his China visit and to put pressure on the Chinese leadership to resume talks with the Tibetan leadership.
US Secretary of State John Kerry will visit China on April 14th.
Last month, a group of Tibetan-Americans and supporters from around the United States visited more than 150 offices in Washington DC to ask for Congress to support Tibetan issues.
