Hundreds of Tibetan monks and laymen assembled in front of the Ngapa Tsenye Monastery on Friday to sign a petition for unity of all Tibetans. They are reported to have formed Tibetan Association of Non-Violence. About two hundred people have signed the petition that called for unity of all Tibetans from the three provinces and disengagement from activities harming unity.
