Sangpo, Holiday Program for TCV Students From Tibet

Long winter holidays spent at school can be hard on students with families in Tibet. That’s why Sangpo and a few other ex-TCV students in Nepal have started the TCV Alumni Winter Holiday Program in 2006. Sangpo tells VOA that these holidays not only give the students a chance to see a little of the outside world, but that the experience helps them in their studies and general growth.
