The Dharamsala based Tibetan Parliament in Exile discussed the Dogyal controversy on Monday and adopted a 5 point resolution to clarify its stand and tackle the issue.

The Kashag’s Security Minister, Dongchung Ngodup, presented a detailed background on the issue during which he rejected allegations of discrimination made against the CTA by some Dogyal followers in India who have said that they face ostracization and discrimination from certain institutions and business owners.

Ngodup pointed out the equal opportunities and rights afforded to all Tibetans in the exile community by the CTA, and cited reports from Human Rights bodies who also rejected the allegations.
