The Tibetan Center for Human Rights and Democracy (TCHRD) based in Dharamsala, India released the 2013 annual report of human rights situation inside Tibet on January 20, 2014.

The report consisted of research papers, photographs, and extensive interviews of Tibetans from different regions including Amchok, Labrang, Rebkong, Machen, Golok, etc in regards to the recent tragic events of self-immolation, nomad resettlement programs, and the general human rights situation within Tibet.

The report also talked about the political, cultural, and religious suppression of Tibetans inside Tibet as implemented by the Chinese government.
