The Dalai Lama left his exile seat of Dharamsala, north India for Hamburg, Germany for a six day visit. He arrived in Hamburg, after a short stopover at Frankfurt on August 22, 2014.
The Dalai Lama is scheduled for a talk tomorrow on 'Secular Ethics: Human Values in Our Lives' followed by teachings on Shantideva's, 'A Guide to Boddhisattva's Way of Life (chodjug)' on August 24 and 25 respectively. He is further scheduled to confer Avalokiteshvara Initiation (chenresign wang jigten wangchuk) and conclude his teachings on the morning of August 26, 2014.
