Kongo Tarha Remembers One of the longest serving officials of the Tibetan government and aide of His Holiness the Dalai Lama, Tarha Tenzin Choenyi, known to Tibetans as Kongo Tarha, who died on January 14, 2013, talks about events in Tibet in the 1950s in one of the few interviews that he had ever given.
