Over 9000 Attend Dalai Lama’s Teachings in Varanasi

More than 9000 people are attending the Dalai Lama's 4-day teachings at Varanasi. Around 5000 monks and nuns and 1900 people from the Himalayan region have registered for the teachings according to organizers.

The Dalai Lama began his four-day teaching on Shanti deva’s A Guide to the Bodhisattva’s Way of Life near the Central University of Tibetan Studies on Monday. The Dalai Lama wraps up his teaching Thursday.
