Tibetan Monks Bringing Healing Touch As They Travel Across The U.S.

Interview with Geshe Thupten Loden, Spokesman for Drepung Loseling Monks’s Mystical Arts of Tibet Tour. Geshe Loden talks about their current activities as they reached Houston, Texas on Wednesday, Aug 18. Geshe la said that the Medicine Buddha mandala they create in most of the places they visit is appreciated by all who come to view it and to hear their chanting and explanation. He also said that by this activity, they are directly able to help in healing the ailments and the environment they visit. Besides constructing mandala, the monks also engage in talks, ritual dances, and community art programs.
