5th International Non-Sectarian Tibetan ReligiousTraditions Conference

The 5th International Association of Non-Sectarian Tibetan Religious Traditions Conference was held from June 10th and 11th, 2015 at Sakya Monastery, Seattle, Washington. It was attended by the representatives from all the major religious sects of Tibetan Buddhism such as Nyima, Gelug, Sakya, Kagyu, Bhonpo, and Jhonang. At the end of the conference, an eight point resolution was adapted that called for an increased cooperation and unity amongst the different Tibetan religious denominations.
