Dalai Lama Presides Over First Tibetan Women's Day

Following the Jataka tales teaching, the Dalai Lama presided over the first official 'Tibetan Women's Day' marked in his exile home of Dharamsala, North India on March 12, 2017.

Tibet's spiritual leader spoke at the function along with Dr. Lobsang Sangay, political head of the Tibetan Administration in Exile, Khenpo Sonam Tenphel, and Ms Lisa Singh, legislator from Australia.
