The Student Council of TCV Youth Hostel based in New Delhi, India organized and observed Tibetan Day on February 12, 2017.
Apart from cultural performances, screening of documentary films, and arrangement of Tibetan cuisine, the highlight of the festival was the pictorial exhibition on the relations between India and Tibet through the ages titled "India & Tibet: Ancient Ties, Current Bonds" researched and prepared by French historian Claude Arpi.
The programs were arranged with the assistance of New Delhi based Tibet House and Dharamsala based Central Tibetan Administration's Department of International and Information Relations.
