Venerable Yuthok Karma Gelek, President of the 2017 Kalachakra organizing team shared the special arrangements of his team following the demonetization announcement.
The organizing team has collaborated with the local Indian authority to make special arrangements for digital payments, where they have urged and encouraged the religious teaching attendees to bring their credit and debit cards to Bodh Gaya.
The Kalachakra organizing team has also prepared special ventilation at the venue to ensure clean air and to prevent dusk from settling in.
Ven Yuthok, who is also the Kalon of the Central Tibetan Administration's Department of Religion, stressed on the high level security arrangements by installing CCTV in and around the venue.
